Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees
- check_circleMonitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success
- check_circleLead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing
- check_circleEnforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards
- check_circleAssist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs
- check_circleResolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly while upholding company policies
- check_circleManage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- verifiedFlexible schedule availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime
- verifiedStrong communication skills in both Spanish and English
- verifiedPrevious experience in automotive retail
- verifiedAutomotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
