Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMonitor streets, lots, and garages to ensure compliance with parking policies
- check_circleProvide customer service by answering questions regarding directions and parking regulations
- check_circleInspect and assess lots for maintenance issues and assist with facility upkeep
- check_circleAssist event staff with traffic control, payment collection, and lot usage management
- check_circleCollect and secure monies received through parking meters and revenue collection systems
- check_circleSupport office staff with permit sales, data entry, and mail collation during peak seasons
- check_circleIssue citations and warnings for non-compliance using handheld computers or manual tickets
- check_circleImpound, boot, or relocate vehicles as directed by enforcement protocols
