About the Role
We are immediately hiring passionate paramedics dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality service and advanced patient care. As a paramedic with AMR, you will be the frontline responder for 911 emergencies, assessing situations to determine the best course of action while adhering to progressive protocols. Your day will involve utilizing advanced medical equipment—such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, and suction devices—to provide critical care, while communicating clearly with patients and their loved ones to offer assurance during difficult moments.
In this role, you may act as a team leader, taking responsibility for scene and unit management. You will drive the ambulance to emergency calls and collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel. Additionally, you will participate in community programs to maintain AMR's image and establish strong community relations.

Hiring Process
Candidates must be prepared to pass a Physical Agility Test, which assesses the stamina, endurance, and physical condition required to frequently walk, stand, lift, carry, and balance. The role demands the ability to lift, drag, hoist, and carry various types of equipment and objects.
