About the Role
We are hiring passionate Paramedics in Clackamas County to deliver compassionate, high-quality service and both basic and advanced patient care. As a member of our team, you will be the face of Global Medical Response (GMR), a family of solutions dedicated to providing quality medical care in emergency and patient relocation services.
In this role, you will assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while adhering to progressive Paramedic protocols. You will utilize advanced medical equipment and procedures—including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and intravenous fluids—to provide critical care. Beyond clinical duties, you will communicate with patients and their loved ones to provide information and assurance, act as a team leader for scene and unit management when needed, and drive the ambulance on 911 responses. You will work collaboratively and professionally with allied health, public safety personnel, and fellow Paramedics.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- verifiedOregon State Paramedic License
- verifiedState Driver's License
- verifiedBLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS certifications
- verifiedICS 100, 200, 700, 800 certifications
- verifiedPass Physical Agility Test
- verifiedSome work experience, preferably in healthcare
