Ambulnz by DocGo is leading the proactive healthcare revolution with an innovative care delivery platform that includes mobile health services, population health, remote patient monitoring, and ambulance services. We disrupt the traditional four-wall healthcare system by providing high-quality, highly affordable care to patients where and when they need it.
Our proprietary, AI-powered technology, logistics network, and dedicated field staff of over 5,000 certified health professionals elevate the quality of patient care and drive efficiencies for municipalities, hospital networks, and health insurance providers. With Mobile Health, we empower the full promise and potential of telehealth by facilitating healthcare treatment in tandem with a remote physician, in the comfort of a patient's home or workplace. Together with our integrated Ambulnz medical transport services, we are bridging the gap between physical and virtual care.
As a Paramedic, you will be a vital part of our field staff, ensuring top-tier patient care in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate with fellow EMS professionals and management to deliver exceptional service, recognizing and treating medical conditions with appropriate techniques and knowledge of all State and County protocols.
Your day will involve responding promptly to assignments from the Dispatch Center and providing medical transport to facilities while assuming full responsibility for the patient's care. You will operate and drive the ambulance in strict accordance with safety policies and laws, maintaining due regard for all applicable State and Regional Regulations. Additionally, you will maintain rig cleanliness by stocking the rigs and taking ownership of your space, while gathering patient billing information and preparing pre-hospital patient care reports.
Because emergency services operate on a 24-hour clock, flexibility is key. You will work shifts ranging from 10 to 12 hours, Monday through Sunday, with weekend availability required. This role is part of a Pilot Program, requiring you to meet specific additional duties and qualifications to qualify and remain in the program.
