As a key member of the City Attorney's Office, you will provide critical litigation and case management support on municipal and local government matters. Your work will encompass civil litigation, condemnation and eminent domain, police law, civil rights matters, and administrative proceedings under North Carolina law. This position requires a proactive work ethic, high-level decision-making skills, and an unwavering attention to detail.
