About the Role

Vaco by Highspring is partnering with a fast-paced law firm to find an experienced Paralegal to support multiple attorneys in a high-volume practice. This is a direct-hire, fully onsite position designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic legal environment. The role exists to ensure seamless operations by managing competing priorities, maintaining strict adherence to court rules, and serving as a critical liaison between internal teams and external parties.

In this position, you will be the backbone of the legal team, handling everything from drafting and revising pleadings and motions to managing complex calendars and court deadlines. You will coordinate document production and version control while ensuring all e-filings with local, state, and federal courts are executed accurately and on time. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented mindset capable of thriving under pressure while supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously.
