About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) Palliative Care Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will provide specialty palliative care services alongside an interdisciplinary team within the acute care setting at our Mountain View and Los Gatos, CA campuses.
You will serve as a vital part of our organization, offering broad expertise across the palliative continuum, including outpatient, facility-based, home-based, and hospice care. This position is ideal for a physician committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical care, teaching, and professional activities while helping to develop a climate that supports equality, diversity, and inclusion.
