We are actively seeking a board-certified Palliative Care physician to join our interdisciplinary team in North Texas. This role is designed to support our continued growth and strategic staffing plans by recruiting a dedicated, patient-focused physician who thrives in a collaborative medical group environment.
In this position, you will provide inpatient palliative care consultations for hospitalized patients with serious or life-limiting illnesses. You will lead and participate in family meetings and goals-of-care discussions, collaborating closely with nursing, social work, chaplaincy, and case management. Additionally, you will support transitions of care, including coordination with hospice when appropriate, and participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development.
