About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Painter/Engineer to join our engineering team where professionalism meets paradise. This unique role is designed to bring life to walls, ceilings, and common areas, making a tangible difference in how people see and feel about our property. You will be responsible for preparing, repairing, and painting both exterior and interior areas with a primary focus on safety.
Beyond painting, you will serve as a versatile maintenance expert, professionally assisting with maintenance calls to diagnose issues ranging from A/C and plumbing to internet connections and light fixture repairs. From prepping surfaces to adding the final touches, your work ensures the property remains a sanctuary for our community.
