Legends Global is the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, driving opportunity and excitement at NRG Park in Houston, Texas. This one-of-a-kind premier facility houses four major venues under one giant park: the NRG Center (a one-million+ sq. ft. Convention Center), NRG Stadium (home of the Houston Texans and The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo), the historic NRG Astrodome, and NRG Arena.
About the Role
We are seeking a unique Maintenance Craftsman to join our Maintenance team. In this role, you will perform skilled and semi-skilled tasks to maintain and repair facility operating systems during event times. You will act as a liaison between the facility and clients, ensuring all client requirements are met while adhering to facility rules, regulations, and policies.
The position involves a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will interpret building codes, follow preventive maintenance and energy management programs, and operate various equipment including light trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and access lifts. You will work both inside and outside the building, often under unfavorable weather conditions, and may occasionally enter areas with fumes or airborne particles. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and remain flexible as situations arise during functions that may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
