About the Role
We are currently seeking dedicated painters for our Evening/Night shifts. This role is designed for individuals who value autonomy and are ready to take ownership of their craft. You will perform all painting operations and related finishing or assembly requirements to exact customer specifications. Your work ensures that parts are handled, prepared, painted, and assembled with precision, maintaining the highest aesthetic and quality standards.
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining paint equipment and booths, proactively reporting issues, and ensuring the coating process remains free from foreign object contamination. You will determine the best application practices based on customer specifications and technical data, ensuring film thickness, gloss, and appearance meet all requirements. Your day-to-day involves disassembling and reassembling parts, mixing coatings accurately, and keeping the paint kitchen and storage areas organized and secure in compliance with 6S practices.
Schedule and Compensation
We offer industry-leading compensation for our night shift team. We are currently only seeking candidates for Evening/Night shifts, which come with a 25% shift differential.
Your Schedule, Your Choice, Your Premium Pay:
Nights start at 5 pm:
- Option A: Monday–Friday, 8 hours or 10 hours per day.
- Option B: Monday–Thursday, 10 hours or 12 hours per day.
Retirees: We also offer part-time schedules on days or nights for retirees, including a benefits package.
