About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented PACU RN for an immediate 03+ month contract position with long-term potential. This onsite role is located in Atlanta, GA, offering a competitive pay range of $49 - $51/hour.
About the Role
In this position, you will provide essential post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from a variety of surgical procedures, including Orthopedic, Plastic & Reconstructive, General, Colorectal, and Gynecological surgeries. Your day will involve monitoring patient vitals, airway, and level of consciousness while managing pain, nausea, and post-operative complications. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure continuity of care, administer prescribed medications and IV fluids, and educate patients and families on post-operative care and discharge instructions. The role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
