About the Role
We are seeking a PRN PACU Nurse to join our ambulatory surgery center team. In this role, you will embody our core value of "caring like family" while ensuring safe and effective nursing care for patients post-operatively until they are dismissed from the facility. You will be a vital part of a legacy of nurses who contribute directly to our company's mission and vision.
Your day will involve preparing care areas with necessary equipment, managing airways, and monitoring vital signs, cardiac status, and temperature according to policy. You will perform head-to-toe evaluations using approved scoring systems, manage IV catheters and saline locks, and assess operative sites to report any abnormalities to surgeons. Beyond clinical duties, you will focus on providing a safe and comforting environment for both patients and their families, ensuring every patient meets discharge criteria before leaving our care.

Requirements
