About the Role
The Charge Nurse serves as a pivotal leader within the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), ensuring the seamless operation of the recovery room. This role is dedicated to balancing the needs of the clinical team with the expectations of patients and physicians. The Charge Nurse works closely with hospital leadership to maintain high standards of care, manage daily scheduling and staffing, and foster a positive environment for both staff and patients.

Operating within a hospital setting focused on Perioperative Care, this position is essential to the patient journey immediately following surgery. The team is committed to upholding rigorous hospital standards and quality initiatives while navigating the specific regulatory landscape of the state of Oklahoma.
