This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be the backbone of our packaging operations, ensuring the smooth flow of production from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Your day will involve operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of specialized packaging equipment, including carton erectors, partition inserters, product inserters, foil dispensers, top closers, and palletization systems.
Beyond machine operation, you will engage in hands-on tasks such as loading, building, and making boxes, as well as the manual packaging of bottles and labeling. A key part of your role is maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, performing routine cleaning, minor maintenance, and autonomous maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. You will also handle material logistics, loading and unloading raw materials like corrugate and containers, while meticulously documenting records of finished goods and quality checks.
