About the Role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our production team on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). This entry-level role is designed for individuals ready to start a career in manufacturing, offering paid on-the-job training to master the essentials of packaging and equipment operation.
In this position, you will be the backbone of our daily production flow. Your day will involve safely packaging finished products, operating packaging machinery such as rotary machines and carton erectors, and ensuring every item meets our strict quality standards. You will work closely with supervisors and team members to maintain a clean, organized workspace and meet production goals.
