About the Role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our production team on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). This entry-level role is designed for individuals ready to start a career in manufacturing, offering paid on-the-job training to master the essentials of our operations.
In this position, you will be the backbone of our packaging line. Your day will involve safely packaging finished products, operating packaging equipment like rotary machines and carton erectors, and ensuring every item meets our strict quality standards. You will work closely with supervisors and team members to maintain a clean, organized workspace and support daily production goals. Whether you are loading components, monitoring for defects, or handling documentation, your focus on safety and precision keeps our production running smoothly.
