We are seeking energetic, friendly, and professional individuals to provide outstanding service for our residents and guests in our luxury residential high-rise in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional hospitality and guest experiences, ensuring that every interaction leaves a memorable impression.
You will serve as the face of the property, greeting residents, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism. Your day will involve managing the flow of the lobby and package room, coordinating amenities requests such as move-ins and pet walking, and delivering packages door-to-door. Success in this role requires the ability to think clearly and quickly under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of organization and confidentiality.
