About the Role

As an Owner Services Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for owner service inquiries and account management. This role is designed to bridge the gap between stakeholders, ensuring that owner concerns are resolved effectively and that communication flows seamlessly across various teams. You will play a key part in coordinating the timely and accurate delivery of services, documenting all interactions, and maintaining organized records of owner-related activities. Beyond daily operations, you will support ongoing process improvements aimed at enhancing owner satisfaction and operational efficiency.
