About the Role
As an Owner-Operator with Schneider, you will manage your own fleet while leveraging our authority to haul containers. This position focuses on distance-based revenue, offering a variety of loads and lane options, often sourced from dedicated port customers to ensure consistent income. You will operate under Schneider's authority, handling drop-and-hook containers at no additional charge.

We are looking for experienced drivers who own or lease modern tractors to expand our capacity in the Baltimore, MD area. This role provides the flexibility of owning your equipment while benefiting from the stability of a large logistics network. What You Get
Beyond competitive revenue, this role includes a comprehensive incentive program offering $2,500 in total bonuses, including $1,900 on your second settlement payment and $105 weekly for the following 22 weeks. You will also receive compensation for time spent in orientation.

Hiring Process
Qualified candidates must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License and a minimum of 6 months of driving experience. You must be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) by your start date. Your tractor must be a 2000 model or newer, meet EPA10 emissions requirements, and pass a DOT inspection. Candidates must live within 50 miles of Baltimore, MD.
