About the Role
We are seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver in Chandler, AZ, to join our team. In this position, you will train to drive a Class B box truck to provide onsite service for parts washer machines, pick up containerized hazardous waste, and sell products and services within a defined route. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing technical service tasks with customer engagement.
Your day will involve visiting 10-12 customer sites, switching out drums of solutions, and servicing automotive repair, fleet, and manufacturing businesses. Beyond the physical work of running hoses and pumping liquids, you will have the opportunity to up-sell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field. The schedule typically runs 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with 10-12 hour days and some overnight requirements.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will receive comprehensive company-paid training. The hiring process includes a background check, drug test, and physical examination.
