About the Role

As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering first-class customer service in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Your day will involve assisting arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, and retrieving vehicles in a timely manner to extend a friendly welcome.

This role is dynamic and requires you to work outside in all kinds of weather, as we do not stop parking cars when it rains, snows, or during extreme heat or cold. You will be physically active, lifting up to 50 lbs, running, standing for long periods, and navigating stairs within parking garages. Success in this role requires a personable attitude and the comfort of talking with guests throughout the valet check-in process.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a unique compensation structure designed to reward your effort immediately. You will receive a base salary paid bi-weekly PLUS cash tips paid out daily. This allows you to have cash in your pocket every day while maintaining a regular paycheck every two weeks.

Schedules and Flexibility

We offer flexible schedules to accommodate your life, including part-time morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend hours. While we hire valets to start part-time, there is a clear opportunity to grow rapidly into full-time supervisory roles. You will be assigned an initial schedule to meet the needs of the hotel property, often during our busiest times to ensure higher tips and fewer work hours. Punctuality and reliability are essential, and you must be available to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays.
