You will be responsible for planning each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. Your day will involve monitoring safety, security, and profitability, as well as communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. You may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping assigned departments meet their goals.
