About the Role

The Overnight Direct Support Supervisor is a pivotal on-site leader responsible for guiding a compassionate team through the night. This role exists to ensure the safety, well-being, and dignity of individuals with disabilities or special needs during overnight hours. You will serve as the bridge between overnight staff and day leadership, coordinating schedules and maintaining accurate documentation while modeling Mosaic's core values.

In this position, you will not only supervise direct support staff but also collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to support individualized care plans. Your day-to-day involves responding promptly to needs and incidents, coaching team members to foster a culture of growth, and communicating critical updates to interdisciplinary teams.
