As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will serve as the primary point of contact and the "face" of PLS. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering superior customer service and building lasting relationships. You will be the first person customers interact with, responsible for educating them on our products and ensuring their financial transactions are handled with accuracy and care. In this position, you will maintain a clean and welcoming store environment while upholding strict quality standards and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
