About the Team
Spectrum is building a new residential outside sales team designed to drive impact for the business, customers, and the people who join us. As part of Charter Communications, the team keeps customers connected to what matters most across 41 states through the Spectrum brand, offering superior communication and entertainment products including Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice.
About the Role
As a Market Development Specialist, you will be the vital link between new residential housing developments and the families moving in. When people settle into new homes, they want to quickly reconnect to the internet, their favorite shows, and their loved ones. Your role is to meet them where they are, building relationships door-to-door and at community events to help them get connected.
This is an exciting sales career for an outgoing professional who thrives working independently. You will focus on targeted growth markets, developing relationships with homebuilders, homeowner associations, and community groups to build a vast network of referral partners. While the work involves knocking on many doors in an outdoor environment regardless of the weather, it offers a financially rewarding opportunity to excel through your relationship-building skills and professional resilience.
