About the Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you are the face of our industry-leading brand and a key driver of our success. This is a consultative, in-home sales role where you will meet directly with homeowners to assess their needs, perform detailed inspections, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions.
You will have the autonomy to build your own book of business, backed by the resources, reputation, and operational support of a global market leader. This opportunity is built for ambitious, customer-focused professionals who thrive on independence, accountability, and winning. You will utilize warm, pre-qualified leads to develop relationships, diagnose home issues, and provide solution options, ensuring you deliver real solutions that protect what matters most to our customers.
Hiring Process
Our training program is best-in-class and includes a mandatory 3-week regional training class. Travel accommodations for this training are provided. We invest in your development with comprehensive technical training to ensure your success, and we promote from within 80% of the time, offering clear advancement pathways.
