Outside Sales Representative

About the Role

Our salaried, career Account Managers are responsible for selling worksite insurance products and services within a defined sales territory. You will build strong, long-term relationships with businesses and develop specific, needs-based recommendations for their employees, highlighting the benefits of American Fidelity's insurance portfolio. Your focus will be on growing and maintaining existing Business-to-Business accounts through one-on-one sales, consulting with current customers to meet their financial needs, and building relationships with association executives. You will also have opportunities to develop new accounts and create customized employee benefit packages through annual enrollments and group presentations.
