The Role

We are seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, closing complex contracts, and building lasting relationships with business clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, conducting on-site assessments and presenting tailored solutions for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs. Your success will be measured by your ability to develop proposals, close multi-year service agreements, and maintain accurate records in our CRM while collaborating with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive base salary paired with monthly uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses. To support your field work, we provide a monthly car allowance and fuel card.
