About the Role
As an Industrial Supply Outside Sales Representative, your mission is to build strong customer relationships, serve as a trusted advisor on Industrial Supply solutions, and expand our market presence in your territory. You will help businesses run better by getting them the right products at the right time with confidence and expertise.
In this role, you will act as a go-to partner rather than just a vendor. You will connect with clients at all levels—from purchasing managers and plant managers to safety directors and maintenance supervisors. You will thrive working independently, managing your schedule, and owning your success. This position requires a "road warrior" mindset; you will be comfortable being on the road, visiting customers face-to-face, and potentially traveling for 1-2 overnights monthly. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
