This role is built on the "6-Minute Close." You will take inbound calls, diagnose the issue, pitch the value, and close the deal rapidly. Speed to lead is critical; the fastest response wins the deal. You will engage in consultative closing, translating features into value instantly by rapidly diagnosing the customer's problem to recommend the perfect plan.
You own your opportunities, ensuring leads don't sit idle. You will either close them, reschedule them, or disqualify them to keep momentum moving. When a lead doesn't close on the initial call, you provide a clean handoff, transferring critical details to the outbound team before jumping straight back into the inbound queue.
You thrive here if you love the chase, are competitive, and want to see your numbers go up week over week. You think on your feet, capable of handling objections dynamically without relying on a script for every conversation. While you don't need to be a librarian, you are organized enough to ensure you never lose a commission due to lost notes.
