About the Role
As a Common Area Attendant, you will be the face of our outdoor spaces, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment that allows guests to relax whether they are lounging indoors or enjoying our amenities. This role is unique in that it is performed 100% outside, requiring you to ensure constant, consistent cleanliness across the resort grounds. You will be responsible for pressure washing exterior buildings, sidewalks, and pool areas, as well as maintaining the resort's exterior appearance by cleaning windows, leaf blowing, and cleaning BBQ grills and pool furniture. Your work directly impacts the guest experience, as you will also remove trash, manage debris, and respond to guest inquiries with a positive, can-do attitude.
