We are an established behavioral health program dedicated to serving the Glendale and Phoenix communities with a specialized focus on adolescent care. Our mission is to provide impactful therapeutic services to youth facing complex emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. We operate within a structured outpatient environment grounded in evidence-based clinical practices, ensuring that every client receives high-quality, trauma-informed care.
As an Outpatient Adolescent Therapist, you will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team committed to supporting long-term growth and recovery for teens. This full-time position is designed for professionals who thrive in a team-oriented setting while maintaining professional autonomy. You will have the opportunity to build deep rapport with adolescents and their families, utilizing your clinical judgment to navigate crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
The role involves providing individual and group therapy sessions, developing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating with schools, primary care providers, and community partners to ensure continuity of care. You will work alongside strong clinical leadership and peers who value ongoing professional development and measurable outcomes. While the position is based in Phoenix and Glendale, it includes local travel between these two outpatient locations as needed to support our clients.
We are seeking a therapist who is passionate about adolescent behavioral health and trauma recovery. The ideal candidate demonstrates emotional resilience and a commitment to staying informed on emerging trends in adolescent mental health. Whether you are fully licensed or actively pursuing Arizona licensure, we value your dedication to clinical excellence and your ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary framework.
If you meet our criteria and are ready to make a meaningful impact, please apply with your most updated Resume/CV. While cover letters and references are preferred, they are optional. We look forward to meeting with you and discussing how your skills can contribute to our team.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, identity, or experience level.
