The Role

We are seeking safe and dependable drivers to operate tractor-trailer combinations equipped with reefer units. As a driver, you will be the face of our company, responsible for performing daily pre-trip and safety inspections, hooking and unhooking trailers, and maintaining accurate daily logs. Success in this role requires clear communication with dispatch and a commitment to excellent customer service while complying with all applicable laws and company policies.

Choose Your Path

We believe in flexibility, which is why we offer two distinct pay packages to fit your lifestyle. Both plans utilize a base rate based on dispatched practical miles, plus additional incentives for stops, detention, layovers, holidays, and weekend deliveries.

The Frills Package includes comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and life insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) match, paired with a competitive starting CPM rate that increases with tenure. Alternatively, the No-Frills Package offers a higher starting CPM rate for drivers who prefer to forego benefits in exchange for immediate higher cash compensation.

Our Fleet & Perks

Drive modern equipment, including 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias featuring automatic transmissions, fridges, and optimized idle systems. We support your life on the road with a family rider policy (after 90 days), pet accommodations for dogs and cats under 40 lbs, and access to a driver lounge equipped with showers, laundry, and kitchen facilities. Optional streaming TV services are also available in the truck.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you must possess a Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) and be at least 21 years old. We welcome drivers with two or more years of verifiable experience, including military service. If you have less than two years of experience, you may enter our driver training program to become certified. Candidates must also maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) with no recent major violations or preventable accidents.
