About the Role
This position involves direct runs to the West Coast in Dry Van and Refrigerated trailers. Drivers can set their own schedule to determine how much they want to run. For drivers living in a different state, taking the truck home is permitted provided there is a safe and secure place to store the truck and trailer.
As a team driver, you can expect to average 5,000 to 6,000 miles per week. The role is line-haul focused with no driver load or unload duties. Home time is structured to provide 3 days of home time for every 6 days worked, with an expected 5 to 6 days out. While there are no guaranteed weekends off, drivers have the option to stay out longer if they choose.
Hiring Process
Orientation is required for new hires. While accommodation is covered and drivers are provided their own room, meals are not included. Travel expenses are covered either partially or fully. Please note that orientation itself is not paid.
