About the Company
Second Nature Farm is a small, family-owned farm and trucking company based in Central Illinois. We are dedicated to expanding our operations and are currently seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team. Our fleet features newer Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks, ensuring reliability and comfort for our drivers.
About the Role
We are hiring Company Drivers for our W2 Team positions, focusing on Line Haul operations with Dry Van and Refrigerated trailers. This role is designed for drivers who prefer Over-The-Road (OTR) routes without the responsibility of loading or unloading cargo. As a team, you can expect an average of 7,000 miles per week and a total weekly pay of approximately $3,000.
Home Time
Our schedule is designed to balance time on the road with time at home. Drivers can expect to be out for 5 to 21 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. We offer a home time structure where you earn 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked, ensuring you are home at least one weekend per month.

Hiring Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a Class A license without specific restrictions, including (L) or (Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, or (K) Intrastate Only. Candidates must also possess at least 6 months of Tractor Trailer experience.
