About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team as Company Drivers (W2, Team). In this role, you will operate dry van and refrigerated trailers on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. The position focuses on line-haul operations, meaning drivers are not responsible for loading or unloading cargo. Teams can expect an average of 7,000 miles per week and a total weekly pay of approximately $3,000.
Home Time
Our schedule is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring regular time at home. Drivers can expect to be out for 5 to 21 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. The home time policy provides 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked, guaranteeing that you are home for at least one weekend per month.
Hiring Process
