Company Driver Benefits
Qualified drivers can earn up to $0.63 per mile, supported by a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a $100 monthly safety bonus. We offer a service bonus of $100 per year with no cap, plus a $2,000 driver referral bonus. Drivers receive extra drop pay and bonus pay for clear DOT inspections.
Our compensation package includes weekly pay via direct deposit and a 401K plan where the company matches 3% of your paycheck (contributing 6% total). We provide comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, along with supplemental insurance and employer-paid life insurance. Additional perks include a no-cost rider policy, a pet policy, and paid vacation.
Truck Features
We equip our fleet with late-model tractors from Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, and International, all from 2023 or newer. Every truck is governed at 70 MPH and features inverters, APUs, refrigerators, and electronic logs via the Omnitrac system. Drivers are provided with fuel cards for their convenience.
Driver Qualifications
To join our team, candidates must be at least 24 years old with a minimum of two years of recent over-the-road tractor/trailer experience. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than three speeding violations in the previous three years, no speeding convictions over 15 mph in the last five years, and no preventable DOT recordable accidents within the last three years. Additionally, there must be no felony convictions in the previous five years.
