About the Opportunity
We are seeking Owner Operators to join our team as Dry Van drivers on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This role is designed for independent drivers who value consistent mileage and flexible home time. You will be responsible for transporting freight across long distances, maintaining a schedule that balances earnings with personal time.
Compensation and Benefits
Drivers can expect a gross total weekly average pay between $1,200 and $1,500, paid weekly. The position offers an average of 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week, with a paid fuel surcharge included in your compensation. A key benefit of this role is that there is no driver load or unload required, allowing you to focus on driving.
Home Time and Schedule
This position offers a flexible home time structure, with an expected duration of 7 to 14 days out on the road. Drivers have the autonomy to stay out longer if they choose to maximize their earnings. Please note that there are no guaranteed weekends off.
Equipment and Hiring Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a valid Class A license and have at least two years of Tractor Trailer experience. Regarding equipment, trucks must be 10 years old or newer, and overdimensional trucks are not permitted for this program.
