About the Role

This position is for a Contract Driver (1099, Solo) operating a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) line haul routes. The role focuses on efficient transportation with no driver load or unload duties required.

Pay is based on a percentage of the load, varying based on driver experience and negotiable during the interview process. Drivers can expect an average gross weekly pay between $1,000 and $2,000, covering approximately 3,000 miles per week. On-time bonuses are available.

We operate one dedicated lane out of Florida, while the rest of the time drivers work off load boards. We offer significant flexibility regarding routes; we will not send you somewhere you do not want to go, though we do not service New York City.

Home Time

Drivers can expect to be out for 10 to 12 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. The schedule is designed to provide 4 days of home time for every 10 days worked, ensuring you are home for at least two weekends per month.

Hiring Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a Class A license without specific restrictions, including (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, or (K) Intrastate Only. Additionally, applicants must have at least 2 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
