About the Role
We are seeking experienced Owner Operators to join our team for Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This position offers the flexibility of a lease purchase program and the opportunity to drive Dry Van or Refrigerated equipment. As an Owner Operator, you will manage your own logistics while benefiting from our support network, including a free base plate program and available discounts.
Compensation & Schedule
Drivers can expect an average gross weekly pay between $4,000 and $6,000, paid weekly. The role averages 3,500 miles per week. While the standard schedule involves being out for 5 to 6 days, drivers have the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. A key benefit of this position is the ability to be home every weekend, with no driver load or unload responsibilities required.
Equipment & Requirements
We welcome trucks of any age, though overdimensional trucks are not permitted. To qualify, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions such as Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), No Semi Trailer (O), or Intrastate Only (K). Additionally, applicants must possess at least 3 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
