About the Role
This is a Contract Driver (1099, Solo) position operating Dry Van, Refrigerated, and Flatbed trailers on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. The role focuses on LTL freight with no driver load or unload duties, though tarping responsibilities account for approximately 25% of the work.
Drivers can expect an average gross weekly pay between $1,000 and $3,000, covering 1,500 to 3,000 miles per week. The schedule allows for flexibility; while the expected time out is 7 to 21 days, drivers may stay out longer if desired. The home time structure provides 7 days of home time for every 21 days worked, ensuring at least one weekend at home per month.
