The Day-to-Day
As an OTR CDL A Refrigerated Driver, you will operate a 2023 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators. Your day involves safely transporting temperature-controlled freight across regional and national lanes, monitoring reefer temperatures to maintain product quality, and managing all necessary documentation, including logs, bills of lading, and temperature records. You will communicate professionally with dispatch and customers, navigate all weather and terrain conditions, and perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
Hiring Process
We arrange and pay for your travel to orientation. The process begins with a paid orientation session, followed by a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen. Successful candidates must meet all regulatory requirements to begin their journey with us.

Requirements
- verified12 months of CDL-A experience
- verifiedMust be at least 21 years of age
- verifiedNo major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years
- verifiedNo DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years
