About the Role
We are seeking Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our team. This role focuses on efficient long-haul transportation, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City areas to provide great miles and a predictable route. As a driver with us, you will benefit from flexible home time and a supportive environment that is pet and passenger friendly.
Compensation and Perks
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, offers a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem and $69 per day in additional per diem benefits. We ensure you are compensated for all aspects of your work, including paid orientation, paid unloading, layover, detention, and drop and pickup pay.
Beyond earnings, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match.
Hiring Process
