About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to drive new tractors and trailers on high-quality routes, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City areas. Drivers can expect a flexible home time schedule and the ability to bring pets or passengers along on the road.
Compensation and Perks
Effective February 27, 2026, incoming drivers will receive an updated pay package featuring a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. In addition to mileage pay, drivers earn a $80 per diem daily, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. Orientation is also paid.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% employer match.
Hiring Process
