About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role offers the opportunity to drive high-quality miles on new tractors and trailers, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City areas. Drivers will enjoy flexible home time and the ability to bring pets or passengers along on the road.
Compensation and Perks
Effective February 27, 2026, incoming drivers will receive an updated pay package featuring a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. In addition to base pay, drivers earn a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. Orientation is fully paid.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy paid for by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match.
