About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role offers the opportunity to drive on great miles, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City traffic. As a driver with us, you will operate in a pet and passenger-friendly environment, utilizing new tractors and trailers. We offer flexible home time to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Compensation and Perks
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, features a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, as well as drop and pickup pay. We provide full benefits including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy paid for by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must be at least 23 years old with at least two years of verifiable experience and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). We offer paid orientation for new hires. To learn more about life on the road with us, please check out testimonials from our current drivers.
