About the Role
We are seeking Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role offers the opportunity to drive high-quality new tractors and trailers on great miles, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City traffic. We are committed to driver satisfaction, offering flexible home time and a pet/passenger-friendly fleet.
Compensation and Perks
Effective February 27, 2026, our updated pay package for incoming drivers includes a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. Orientation is fully paid.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy paid for by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match.
Hiring Process
