About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role offers the opportunity to haul high-value miles across the country, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City areas to ensure a smoother, more consistent route. Drivers will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and reliable ride on the road.
The position is designed for drivers who value flexibility and stability. You will enjoy flexible home time arrangements and the ability to bring pets or passengers along for the journey. Our experienced dispatchers are dedicated to supporting you every step of the way, ensuring your loads are handled efficiently and your time on the road is maximized.
Compensation and Perks
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, is designed to reward your experience and longevity. Drivers start at 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic raises as you grow with the company. In addition to your mileage pay, you will receive a $80 per diem daily, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. We also offer a fully paid orientation to get you started.
Beyond the road, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy paid for by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% employer match.
